However, it is very difficult to adjust the machine: the first is that the workpiece is too thin, and the clamping mechanism is required to be high; the second is that the welding pressure control requirements are quite precise, and two stages of pressure are required, that is, the pressure needs to change in the process of spot welding for tens of MS in order to stabilize the production; the third is that the adjustment of vertical accuracy also needs the equipment to have considerable accuracy.
